Sea Turtle Glass Clock

This beautiful handmade glass clock measures 20 cms across, is 5 mm thick, completely shatterproof and is ready to hang on your wall to create a beautiful talking point with it's high shine glossy finish.

This turtle is a green turtle which is the largest hardshelled sea turtle of all turtle species.  It's name comes from the greenish colour of it's fat.  They eat mainly seagrass and algae.

They are sadly targeted for their shells and eggs by poachers and also face struggles at sea due to fishing practices.  More recently turtles are being found on our local beaches, carried by currents and then finding themselves in colder water.  If you do find one please call British Divers Marine Life Rescue who will send one of the volunteers to help.
