Straight after Weymouth it was an early bright and breezy start to give 3 talks to my local pre-school on ocean conservation, sharing the work again of the Marine Conservation Society, The Shark Trust and British Divers Marine Life Rescue to 30 children and their teachers. I showed them creatures that they too could find on their local beaches and also shared products made of recycled plastics.
It was such a lovely welcome and to hear a two year old tell his teachers that my chat was "Brilliant" will stay with me forever. All their little faces LOVED the video clips that I shared with them taken with my iPhone of local marine life here in Swanage. I was also incredibly proud and humbled to have helped children who were deaf, autistic, had ADHD and watching their tears turn into SMILES. The morning will stay with me forever, they all inspired me so very much.
