The Ocean Film Festival Comes to Poole Lighthouse
. Words can't describe how brilliant it was to be back helping the brilliant Ocean Film Festival team at Poole last Autumn and was super pleased for them to see how busy it was and how many visitors wanted to enter the competitions. The films were just as incredible as ever, Nell smashed it with her introductory presentations to the film and it was fab working with Jo again. If you get a chance to go this year, I really can't recommend it enough xx
Guest Speaker at The Photography Show, Birmingham NEC
Phew, September was definitely a busy month racing up and down the country chatting all things ocean and I was super proud to be invited as a Guest Speaker to The Photography Show to give their first ever talk on underwater photography. I wanted to help demystify that amazing underwater photography was in everyone's grasp whether that's with a compact camera, Go Pro or even a phone. . It was absolutely amazing to meet so many visitors right opposite the Sony Stand, even local neighbours too! And yes, I even made new friends too. Can't wait to see...
Swanage by Night
Last September I also had a chance to go for a night snorkel which was so much fun in the bay and managed to pick up some litter too! I love the bay at night time in the summer, you can see so many different creatures come out to hunt, feed and even. hold hands! The colours under Swanage Pier seem to come even more alive at night time with a torch to illuminate them too. There were so many baby anemones out, I just loved their pink tentacles waving in the dark catching food. I really can't wait...

I...
Swimming with Seals at Lundy Island/Testing a Sealife Sport Diver Housing for my iPhone
. Last August saw me return to one of my my favourite places in the world, Lundy Island in Devon to test out a Sealife Sport Diver Housing for my iPhone 13 Pro Max as well as some snorkelling equipment for MARES. I have to say that I was super sceptical as to how my phone was going to work with taking underwater images, but couldn't have been prouder to see how simple and easy it was to obtain images with this housing. It was super simple to use with one hand, had controls to adjust the exposure compensation,...
